A really pleasant stay and made for an excellent short break.

Cons: A small DVD library could be of use, we happened to notice the dvd player in the room write up so bought our own.

Relaxing and luxurious. A hidden gem 💎

Pros: It was quiet, clean, comfortable and centrally located. We had a great welcome from Ness and were upgraded too which was a real treat. I highly recommend Strattons and will be definitely be staying there again soon.

The rooms were outstanding. I just wish we were staying for longer.

Pros: While we weren't expecting a DIY breakfast (there was no mention of this on Booking.com), the food left for us was lovely and definitely enough. The hotel was difficult to find as our sat nav took us the wrong way up the road, meaning the hotel was behind us and we didn't see it.

Cons: Nothing - we loved it.

What a gem it is!

Pros: We liked everything about our stay. The accommodation was fabulous and we loved the location. It's right in the heart of the town and the building and gardens are stunning. I could have stayed in the shower all day! The kitchen and dining areas were lovely. Ness was welcoming, generous, caring and a thoroughly lovely person.

Cons: If we had to be picky the wifi was a bit wobbly and the TV choice was a bit restricted. We knew before we booked that a cooked breakfast wasn't included but Strattons did make provision for us to have something for breakfast, if we wanted it. We would thoroughly recommend it and it will be our first choice when we have to return to Swaffam.
