Pros: The breakfast was excellent; and the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the Suffolk coast The room was comfortable and stylish. The hotel was situated in large grounds with an impressive display of mature coniferous trees.

Cons: There was a problem with the toilet flush. It took a long time to fill up with water. Also, the main shower was lukewarm, so we had to use the attachment in the bath.

Pros: Everything what I like in an hotel, interesting and different. if you like a Premier Inn you won’t like this ( must have been these people who gave negative comments)

Overnight stay for a cycling event

Pros: Great location, for a weekend away with my brother. Quick check in, large room, exellent breakfast.

Cons: Wasny able to get an evening meal as the restaurant was closed, but plenty of choice in the area for alternatives.

Cons: Nothing to dislike in the hotel and grounds at all. The stairs may be a little tricky for some people, especially with lots of luggage, though doubtless help would be available.

Pros: This is a really good value hotel. really interesting decor, lovely big room, comfy bed, friendly and professional staff and a great breakfast.

We have stayed there each year for the past 3 yrs and plan to continue making our annual visit

Pros: Location was perfect for getting to work, Satis house beggars belief with the decoration, words simply aren't enough. Over the top but in a fantastic and entertaining way. The staff are beyond attentive & helpful. Breakfast was amazing every day and always freshly cooked to order not buffet style. Restaurant for evening meal was good solid food, very nice with a decent choice every day, no evening meal on Sunday when i stayed, any special requests or special diets happily catered for with a little notice. absolutely would stay again.

Cons: Avoid the attic room if at all possible, very low celling and door frame & colleague injured head. Will not suit a minimalist.
