Another great stay with friends, we’ll be back next year!

Pros: Amazing location - overlooking The Mere and only minutes to the beach. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Rooms were clean and spacious but in need of a little update in places.

We have already booked to stay again next year

Pros: The service for breakfast was very good. Our problem with the noise from a nearby table was acted on to our satisfaction.

Cons: Sometimes the noise in the dining room was very loud and the movement of machinery at 7a.m. was a nuisance.

Had a very lovely stay and would book there again.

Pros: Room 36 had a good view of the golf course and was very comfortable. Bed very comfortable and the breakfast very good. Staff all very friendly. Would stay there again.

An exceptional find, in a great location.

Pros: Beautiful setting and a very spacious room. Excellent bar area and breakfast was outstanding

Pleasant stay.

Pros: Large room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Food was delicious.

Cons: Really needs refreshing (paint etc) smells mouldy in some areas. Stains on carpet and sofa/chairs in the lounge area.

Excellent 1 night stay

Pros: Very comfy beds, great showers and an excellent breakfast. Staff were particularly good at reception and during breakfast and at the bar. Very friendly and smiley. The view from the hotel over the lake was beautiful, even in the rain.

Cons: Nothing - can't fault it.
