From the moment you land you’re made feel like you’re a regular visitor

Pros: Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. Lovely seasoned food with prompt delivery and followed instruction.

Pros: Great Steaks, beer, wine and staff. The rooms are very comfortable and warm. Breakfast is also good. I have staid there about 15 times in total over the years and my stays are consistently good.

The pheasant for a birthday treat and meet with friends

Pros: The staff very welcoming friendly made our stay excellent. Lovely atmosphere in the pub. The views from the room were stunning. The food was delicious, particularly the chilli prawns and lemon posset with raspberry was all excellent. They even made me birthday ice-cream with candle.

Cons: We liked everything the room was a bit warm but windows opened onto the gorgeous view and there was a fan so all was good.

Perfect little getaway

Pros: Loved the attention to detail, great space, clean and comfortable

Cons: Breakfast took a little longer than we wanted could of just been spread over more time 830-930 was too short and made it too busy

Perfect

Pros: Welcoming on arrival , we also booked in for lunch ahead of our room being ready. Room was lovely , clean and spacious with a beautiful view out the bedroom window.
