Pros: Ive stayed here a few times now...superb location and always nice rooms

Cons: A cleaning staff came into my room at 10am even tho it was 11am check out..I could of been naked or anything like that...wasn't impressed.

I great room and meal for my anniversary

Pros: The room with beams was stunning, staff very helpful and engaging. Restuarant food was excellent! Different to anything I have eaten before.

Cons: Lack of dedicated parking is a small nuisance but a main carpark is nearby.

Great central location

Pros: Lovely hotel, great location in the centre of Colchester. Very good value for money. We had a small room, but all we needed for a 2 night visit to Colchester. Comfy bed, good quality bed linen and towels. Warm welcome and friendly staff
