Good stay

Pros: Absolutely excellent, was looked after well. I needed a quick bar meal to facilitate a quick turnaround for a Zoom meeting, and got a beautiful Fish and Chips and Guinness Zero, just a few minutes after ordering. Room was really good.

Cons: Nothing, all good.

Memorable Birthday Celebration with Wonderful Service

Pros: We stayed at the hotel to celebrate a special family occasion, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make my mum’s birthday feel extra special. Their care and attention to detail made the whole celebration seamless and memorable. We felt genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. It was a wonderful experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return for another special occasion.

Cons: The only downside was that it was quite noisy until around 1am- 2am due to private functions taking place. While we understand events are part of the hotel’s atmosphere, the late-night noise did make it a little difficult to rest. That said, the excellent service and care from the team made our stay memorable, and we’re very grateful for the effort they put into our stay.

Pros: A la carte menu - superb food, delicious, good quality and impressive presentation. Highly recommend.

Cons: Lack of security - external door lock necessary at The Beach House for residents only access.

Fabulous

Pros: This was my second stay and it was my birthday, I was upgraded for free and left a beautiful message with chocolate. Omg can’t remember the beautiful young lady name think it’s maddie shes such a superstar to the team.

Fantastic stay

Pros: I loved everything. The staff were marvellous nothing was too much trouble, they were helpful, professional, friendly. The food was fabulous both our evening meal and breakfast 😋 Our room was fantastic clean,tidy and had everything we needed, the bed was extremely comfortable. Will definitely be going back for another stay.

Winter break beside the sea

Pros: We love the quirky bedrooms which are so comfortable and spotlessly clean . The staff are friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant is excellent. There is a car park on site and the hotel is situated beside the sea . All the bedrooms at the front of the hotel have sea views.
