Devine Beach Hotel

Had a great time would defo coming back in august!!!!

Pros: The room was very sweet didn’t wanna leave when it was time to go and the location was amazing near shops and the beach! It was beautiful!!

Cons: The shower it was either to hot or to cold no in between and the shower head was saying straight so it was hard to shower my son unless u take the shower of the holder and wash him tht way and no contrail for tv so we could see what was on

Great value stay at Devine

Pros: The automated check in system was very useful, it was really nice being able to freely come and go. The room was comfortable and had anything you'd need for a stay. Really enjoyed my time here 😊 would love to come back

Pros: The room was a good size with onsuite the beds were extremely comfortable

Cons: Check in was a bit confusing but the staff member was very helpful

Lovely, clean hotel.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. The room was basic but beautifully clean. Excellent location, close to the theatre, shops and beach. The self check in was explained well and easy to follow. Excellent value for money.

We had a lovely time

Pros: Rooms wear very clean and tidy. Would like to have seen some staff about. As my self and my brother in law are diabetic and we had no wear to store medication. 😒

Cons: Provide a small fridge for medication.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, I arrived early but could leave my bag and got a room upgrade. For the price the room quality is very decent and the location great.

Memory lane!

Pros: We were here 3 years ago, myself and the children loved it! Now, that they are young adults and 1 bigger child, i thought it was a good idea to repeat it. The location near the beach , the train station and self check in access. I don't remember having the issue that i mentioned below on what didn't you like section.

Cons: A sewer smell. We had windows open overnight on the first night, as it was hot and a fan on. However, the smell become unbearable, at end we closed the windows. On the second night, we closed the windows and it was less smelly.

Nice one night stay

Pros: The street is lovely and quiet but really close to station and the seafront. Some lovely little beach cafes and restaurants a stones throw. Room was small but clean and was perfect for an overnight stay. Codes for doors was easy and saved carrying extra keys.

Cons: Parking was hit and miss we were lucky that we got the last space on the front of the hotel. When we went out in the evening we were going by train but if we needed the car we wouldn't have been able to get out as someone was parked right across the drive. Would have meant a door knocking session had we needed to use it. This isn't the fault of Divine Beach but just be aware that parking is limited but if you want to guarantee swift exits then you can park on the street for free or Westcliff station a fiver a day at the weekend.

It’s a quiet, safe place to stay for a long weekend. Reasonably priced.

Pros: Easy reach of the seafront by walking. WestCliff on railway station 5 minutes away and is a direct line to London Southend and Leigh on sea. The hotel is located on a quiet side residential street. The rooms are clean,,with a television and a kettle to make hot drinks. There was street parking right outside the property. The staff were very helpful completing my online check in and getting codes for access to the hotel and room.

Pros: The beds was really comfortable and room very big clean .

Cons: The room was so Hot with only one fan and the shower really small .
