Pros: Perfect location 2 mn walking from bus stop. Very quiet. Clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Made us feel very welcome. Lovely breakfast. We are happy we have chosen Sorrento for our stay in Cambridge

Overall, good - would definitely stay again!

Pros: On arrival, the reception staff were great. The room was good - and clean! The in-house restaurant is excellent with very attentive staff! Breakfast was lovely!

Cons: The room was cold - even though the radiator was warm?? The shower was abysmal. All reported, but only on checking out - I coped with it for the sake of 1 night!

Great little hotel with easy access to the city centre.

Pros: The hotel is quite small and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and it was useful to have a restaurant on site for evening meals. There is a lively pub next door plus a few shops. Easy access by both car and bus, with a bus to the station and city centre. We would definitely go back.

Cons: Nothing about the hotel, but the surrounding area is rather run down.

A very nice stay.

Pros: The hotel is very nice, it has a fabulous atmosphere and the location was perfect for me. The room was spotless and breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. I am definitely staying there again.

We will def be back. Enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Cute, quaint, cozy rooms, very homely. Staff were extra helpful, super accommodating as i have low mobility and travel with oxygen and they looked after me and my family so well. Breakfast was excellent with fresh eggs cooked to order, and dinner was one of the best Italian meals iv ever eaten. We were there for hospital app nearby so its was only a 5min drive from the hotel. Will def be back, and will recommend to family and friends too.
