For the price it far exceeded my expectations in every way

Pros: The location and parking were perfect. The room was spacious quiet and clean. Breakfast was great. Fantastic value.. I was surprised by all of the above for the price it far exceeded my expectations.

Good for one night or short break

Pros: Good location for our stay. Manageable size. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Ease of access to car park and rooms. Able to check in early. Comfortable beds

Pros: The property was clean and tidy, friendly staff and a warm breakfast

Cons: Location is not ideal to get to in foot. Had to walk through a very dark lonely trail

Perfectly good for overnight stop

Pros: Room very clean and did the job for an overnight stay. Staff helpful, not too far to get into the centre of Cambridge as the No2 bus is only 10 mins walk away. Breakfast nothing special but was perfectly good

Cons: Despite not being too far from the centre it somehow felt quite remote. Which could feel like a good thing of course! I didn't like the pillows which were far too fat so I ended up sleeping without any pillow :-(, although my partner was fine with them

amazing staffs especially Jack

Pros: Amazing reception team and very welcoming staff. Jack makes us feel confortable as soon as we arrive ,you can feel how Jack is exceptional with his customer care and other members of staffs were also welcoming and very helpful Breakfast was good as well The area is quiet

Cons: Nothing -apart from elevator was slightly making noises but working fine

The exceptional staff made our stay stand out from others at similar hotels

Pros: The hotel staff were the highlight of our stay - efficient, friendly, professional, cheerful and helpful despite a full hotel and awful weather. Jack (team leader) demonstrated exceptional customer service, including when we needed some extra bedding and then couldn’t find the iron (it was in the room all along!). He seems to lead by example and it was a pleasure to watch a happy, busy crew at work.

Cons: The room was rather small, but good value.
