Pros: Friendly staff, easy check-in, comfortable room and good breakfast.

Cons: My room was on the 3rd floor and the lift was out of order. The stair carpet was muddy and no-one cleaned it while I was there.

Excellent value for money.

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and clean. Although it was right by the railway line, we could hardly hear the trains. Breakfast and dinner were extra, but the food was good , and good value for money.

Pros: Very helpful staff. Customer service was amazing and a very clean place. Parking is a bit expensive at £10 but paid more for parking. Good choice for breakfast and again staff were very friendly. Would definitely book again if needed

Pros: Staff were helpful & friendly, 24 hr bar licence. Close to train station, pub across the road. Easy access to Cambridge City centre. Room clean, big showet in the twin room. Onsite parkubg but their is a cost of £10. Food served to 3am. Nothing too myluch trouble for the staff

Pros: We don't do breakfast we just bring easy cereal to eat in room which suits us

Excellent one-night stopover for travellers

Pros: Given that the room was right next to the train line, the soundproofing of the windows was exceptionally good. I did not hear the trains. However, the air-conditioning/heating rumbled all night and kept me awake. The room had everything one might need and was perfectly clean. The staff were friendly and cheerful. I was here in February, and the wall thermostat made it easy to control the temperature in the room. The self-service breakfast was excellent. I have never seen such a variety of foods on offer, both hot and cold.

Cons: The bedding was a little narrow for the single bed. The air-conditioning/heating system was noisy enough to make it hard to ignore during the night.

Pros: Lovely hotel, food was nice. Staff paid attention to detail and were very efficient. Best hotel in Herts & Cambs. I stay at a lot of hotels for wotk purposes, this is the best one.

Cons: Upset with £10 daily patking charge... car park not owned by hotel. Chsrge is way too high for customers.
