Classy and comfy hotel with spa

Pros: Staff are very friendly - on reception, in the gym, young lad at breakfast. Rooms - spacious with tea and coffee, nice bathroom and lovely sheets and bed. Comfy. Breakfast was great - we had salmon on bagels and a full breakfast. Beautiful presentation, linen and table service.

Cons: Paying a tenner to park. Come on!! Especially as we got taxis into town so we felt ripped off.

Pros: Overall value was good. Staff member on reception was very friendly/helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Only stayed for one night to see family and friends. So comments are a bit limited.

Cons: Only bad point. For paid guests to the hotel. Be prepared to pay £10 per day to park your car on a RINGO app. Parking area not responsibility of the hotel.

A lovely place to stay with great facilities

Pros: The property was set in beautiful grounds. The room we stayed in was next to the spa which was convenient. It was well lit at night with beautiful fairy lights making it easy to get from bar/restsurant to the room.

Beautiful place

Pros: Beautiful location. Very lovely decor. Pool really lovely ..staff friendly ..food great . Room pretty and great view

Cons: Drinks very pricy . We felt we couldn't drink too much and went to local pub.

Great hotel - comfy beds, characterful, great food, large free pool and sauna, close to park-n-ride

Pros: restaurant and the quality of the dinner and breakfast, swimming pool, sauna and steam room, all the staff we met, comfy beds and pillows, location near the park and ride and the ice rink

Cons: Jacuzzi bath didn't work, having to pay for parking out in a field, potholes on local roads, difficult room safe to use, room was cold when we first arrived so had to figure out how to turn on all the wall radiators

Pros: Me and my partner stayed Friday the 20th till the 22nd, the Friday night we went to the bordeaux wine tasting night on the 20th. Which before our stay I was contacted about the wine tasting by the operational manager. To explain the night. My partner is vegetarian which they catered especially for her during the wine tasting. And the event went on for 3 hours which was a perfect timing for value of money with great wine and food to try through out the night. On top of that the staff are super friendly always answering any questions we had about any of our stay. The facilities in the hotel and value of money and friendliness of the staff we would definitely be coming back and also going to enquire about become members to the spa, pool and gym. Since we are local.

Pros: We’ve been a few times Staff are brilliant Rooms are clean and comfortable Overall great experience

Cons: Now what you pay isn’t all when you arrive at the property they now make you pay £10.50 per 24 hours which changes the price. I feel the parking like other hotels should be free for paying guests.
